"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. "I had an emergency need for service as my well was not providing water. Jason was able to come right away. Because of the fast need, I did not compare prices and have no idea if his price was fair or not. His service and workmanship were good with one exception. He promised to return the next day to clean his mess up. He did not return, and now I have a good pump and fifty feet of pump tubing in my yard, as well as the bad pressure tank in my crawl space. When I try to call him I get the phone not available and message service is full, not able to any take messages. Because I am disabled I will have to pay extra to have someone else finish the job."
