"I contacted Fred by email first, as on his website, it says you can either call or email. But there was no response to my email for a couple of days, so I decided to call. Fred asked me to text him my address. He made an appointment to come to the house a couple of days later. He came on time, drilled a hole through the concrete block in the basement and installed a new faucet. He added a bleeder valve to the copper pipe and explained how I should bleed the pipe after turning off the inside valve before the cold winter months. Fred was pleasant and informative. He did a good job. It took about an hour and 15 minutes. To contact Fred, you might want to send him an email explaining the work needed, and include your phone number so he can call you back. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."
