Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

The guys from Maxc Impressions installed new insulation, replaced drywall, skimmed over the “orange peel” ceiling treatment to make it totally smooth, replaced door and floor molding, and painted the room. The drywall work was some of the best I’ve seem as was the painting. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. The workers were compliant with COVID safety measures, kept me informed of work progress and plans and were respectful of my privacy. "Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended.
