They repaired my outdoor spigot and did a minor repair inside and it was fast and efficient!! if you could give 20 stars, I would give you a 25 star rating! I will definitely use them again. "I recieved several plumbers from the Angis list. I needed a new hot water heater. Arthur Dipetrillo Plumbing and Heating was the first to call back. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. Within 15 minutes, he reviewed the information and responded with The MOST REASONABLE quote of all the companies that eventually returned my call! Made an appointment. Was on time! Excellent work, personable, explained everything about the new heater. Was certainly a pleasure to meet to work with!"

"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."

"My "On Demand' hot water heater was malfunctioning and I needed to have it repaired immediately as I was flying out to Missouri on 2/27 due to a death in the family. Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated. The workmanship and service were excellent; I have retained Fellowship Plumbing as my "go to" agent and highly recommend them to anyone needing Excellent, Reasonably priced service."

" RooterMan diagnosed the issue as a faulty cartridge and quoted me $195. I informed them that I had already installed a new cartridge. They removed it, reinstalled it, and turned the water on and off a few times. I was then told the handle would be tight for a few days but should loosen over time. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. I later called and spoke with dispatch, who stated that Sam was ?in trouble? for undercharging. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution."

"They called letting me know when they were coming. The guys showed up, diagnosed the problem.( leak in kitchen pipe leading to drip in basement) fixed the drip. Overall, courteous, professional, and friendly. Would hire again!"
