I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."

The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. "I called Mr Etchison, a former MRI specialist with CONE, on rather an emergency basis..seems my water bill was 4 time higher than normal. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. He walked the grounds carefully, he was ready to go under the house, I said no, perhaps it was a leaky toilet. He tighten a new kit down, spent lots of time on it, talked a good bit with me and said he come back for free if it leaked. He was a gentleman and very helpful.
