"The job went very well. Todd responded quickly and scheduled the job. Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. They are also very personable and nice to work with. Very happy with the job and the staff."

Customers say: Quick response

"Noticed a small amount of water in my hot water heater pan last week and knew it could let go at any moment and flood the basement so I called K&M. They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. They explained each step and made sure I understood what they were doing. When finished, they took the old tank, cleaned up and left the area better than they found it. Would highly recommend."

"They did some install work for me at a very reasonable price, with very good quality. I had them out later for an unrelated leak, and again it was completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly, highly recommend them."

"Had a problem in the guest bathroom the commode was leaking which caused a leak in our basement. We installed a pail to catch the water and called Mr. Clean Drain Plumbing Inc. right away. Arlie and Frankie showed up within a day and solved the problem immediately. While here we also had them fix a leak in the tubing for the hot water tank. They were highly motivated, highly skilled, very reliable and a real pleasure to work with. A big thanks for such outstanding work and job well done. Bob Savage"

"Did good work but after speaking with some other companies that called me back, they over charged by 50+%. 3850.00 and the tech was done in 3 hours. Over 1000.00 an hour seems insane. It might have been another 100-200 worth of materials. They made it seem like they were doing a lot more work than was actually done/needed. Basically they said you have to replace all the gas lines. So I thought that meant all the lines and the price was pretty fair. They had to replace 1 line for a total of maybe 30ft of pipe and they didnâ t even fix the wall were they cut the drywall to run the pipe. Agains at almost 4000 I figured they would at least do that."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If you are looking for great pricing, honesty and professional services, Drip Drop is the company you need to call. Robert, was very prompt getting to our home and assessing our sewer blockage. He was able to determine roots were impeding our drainage. After clearing our line and the problem reappearing he came back out at no charge to clear and locate an additional blockage beyond the original. After his assessment he recommended that we call the county since this second blockage was real close to the main sewer drain. Long story short he saved my family thousands of dollars. It is one thing to be great at your job but it is totally different to be honest at your job. Robert is both and I recommend his services to everyone. We are so thankful for his honesty and professionalism. We will always call Robert if we incur a problem"

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Clermont, GA

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems. A sewer camera gives your pro a live view of the pipes leading to the septic tank, so they can spot blockages, corrosion, leaks, or other red flags without guesswork. Pinpointing the problem quickly means you can plan the right repair and keep the entire septic system running smoothly.
