"Estimator showed up on time and examined the issue, taking pictures of the problem to show me. Gave me two options, one was to just fix the main issue and the other was a longer term solution for the whole chimney cap flue system. I chose the later. Cost was about $2700. They removed the crown, removed the broken top flu tile and put in a new crown and tile as well as a "fake" tile around the metal exhaust pipe for the furnace/water heater and raised that pipe so that it won't be spewing excess moisture onto the new flue tile for the main chimney. Work was done on time. Workers seemed to know what they were doing and advised me along the way and took pictures so that I could see the finished product. They took care of our yard and deck and cleaned up after they were done."

"Owner Rick Campbell was involved and helpful throughout the whole process. If you have not replaced a roof in the last 10 years, the process has changed significantly with/without insurance companies. Due to possible hail/weather damage, Rick performed an initial inspection with pictures to document to share with my agent. After deciding to file a claim, Rick met with the insurance adjusters for their inspection and subsequent decision to replace. Rick's crew removed and replaced all shingles, repairing some roofing boards as necessary, and replaced all vents and gutters and installed gutter guards. This shingle also qualified for an insurance discount due to its rating. "We were going through a complete home renovation and needed to replace the shingles.  We had USA roofing come out for a quote and were instantly impressed.  The sales man was professional and provided an all inclusive quote detailing all work to be complete & all warranty information so there was little to no confusion the services to be provided.  USA roofing was very punctual and brought a full team to complete the work in one day.  Being that we were doing a whole house reno, after the roof was installed, we needed to update the exterior paint and thus remove the new gutters.  USA roofing had no problem working with us on this and took down the gutters & replaced them when the work was complete.  A few months later, I received a call from our service provider saying he just passed our home and noticed a slight dent in one of the gutters.  He sent someone out a day later and fixed the issue.  I never even noticed this dent (and I am very observant) and was blown away from this amazing service!  I would recommend this company to anyone. <br />"

When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions.
