Scott came out the following morning and identified the issue was more complex after his own inspection. He fixed the issue and gave me some tips on self maintenance for my Heat Pump heating and cooling unit. Although I did not ask for a diagnosis, Jeremy inspected the system and discovered an overlooked minor problem, which he took care of. His diligence and honesty saved us thousands of dollars! "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"When I called a very professional receptionist listened to the issues and told me that Tim would contact me shortly.  Within ten minutes Tim called me.  We discussed the issues and possible causes.  I asked if he could talk to my landlord to discuss the work needed and get answers to questions that I was unable  to answer.  Within another ten minutes an action plan was determined and he was at the home within 45 minutes.  VERY courteous, prompt and got the problems fixed.  I could not have asked or wished for a better plumbing company.  My experience using other plumbing companies in CT (prior to joining this list) was typically frustrating and disappointing.  Thank you Tim.
