One unit was installed in 2006 and other two years ago. Both running well. Suggested repairs on older unit were made....may replace next year. Antonio explained less than favorable condition of old unit capacitor...still working but could go out. We'll wait to replace unit when repair costs outweigh value of old unit. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
