"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "We got central air installed to our central heating system and replaced our aging water heater. Travis was easy to talk to and up front and honest about everything, he carefully walked me through every step of the process and made it easy to understand what he was doing. After he sent the final quote he realized that there was the incorrect AC unit on there and quickly called me to alert me to that and make sure I was good to proceed, which I thought was fantastic. He was very flexible on when the install was going to happen and once he and his guys got here they were courteous and professional and the install was relatively quick and painless. He was dead on with his time estimate (about 8 hours) and got everything cleaned up after he was done. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to people in the Lansing area, he was great!"
