"After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man! I would highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use their services in the future. The reviews on Angie's List speak for themselves.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

"It went great. The office staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I was able to get on their schedule quickly. When the guy arrived he was clean and neat and made sure to take precautions for Covid by wearing a mask and sanitizer, being aware that I'm 82 years old. As it turns out it was my thermostat so he quickly grabbed one from his truck and installed it and just like that, my heat came back on. This is a great company and I will definitely be using them again for sure."
