"We had a suspicion of mold in our new place because of the smell and humidity. We have a baby, so it was really important for us to test quickly. We called Water Flood Restoration and they were able to schedule our test the same day. Unfortunately, we did have mold, but the men were able to remove all the mold and advised us on how to prevent it from coming back. We can tell the difference in our air quality. Very thankful!"

"Wesley and his crew were responsive and professional. They took care of our water restoration issues quickly and communicated everything with us each step of the way. If you have water damage because of a hurricane or flooding, call Wesley."

"I recently had water damage behind the walls of my bathroom and hired this company for water removal and restoration. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team arrived quickly, identified the source of the moisture, and explained each step of the process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect."

"Restoration 1 was very prompt and professional. We are very happy with their service. Always great to support a veteran owned business. We recommend them to anyone needing their services!"

"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have."

"Overall experience was 10/10. They were on time and did great quality work! Would recommend to anyone looking for mold testing or remediation. You wonâ t find anyone with more knowledge about mold than this company"
