"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. Chris did such a great job, I plan on getting on their yearly maintenance plan. The pricing was far less than expected. You will not be disappointed hiring these guys."
