"We hired this company to level an almost 60-year-old concrete patio slab. The company was very responsive and did an excellent job leveling the large patio. When they asked what we were going to do as far as a decorative layer on top, we were all ears for suggestions. We wanted to do something interesting but hadn't really thought it through. Mike helped us envision a thin-layer decorative over-coating and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate. We picked a date to start the project, but weather considerations quickly got in the way, as it was late Fall. It became a little bit challenging to work with the company to finally schedule the work the following spring, but when a date was set, and the weather cooperated, the crew eventually came out and did a fantastic job with the decorative coating. They were very flexible regarding our vision for the project, and worked with us at each step of the project to make sure we were involved in all of the artistic decisions, and as a result, the patio looks even better than we could have imagined. We spend every possible moment enjoying our new patio now. We felt very comfortable working with Stabil at every step of the process. "We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."
