"Saved by Ehrhardt Brothers Quality Plumbing (a.k.a ColumbiaPlumber)! (West of Baltimore) Our gas water-heater failed! It’s 30° outside! (Mar 2026). It was leaking, so we shut off the gas, the pilot, and the water inlet, to lessen damage if it burst. Ehrhardt offered a price based on our descriptions and photos, of course with caveats for anything unexpected. A water-heater costs a pretty-penny, but less than we expected. A fair price. They came the next morning, and had the water heater replaced in 90min. Impressive. But the manufacturer sent a unit with a bad pilot! Ehrhardt returned immediately and in 30min, they figured it out. They had a replacement part over-nighted. The next morning, in 30min, done. Hot water. AAAAAHHH :-) The problem was the manufacturer’s fault, and Ehrhardt handled it flawlessly: Excellent communication by Ehrhardt, priority attention to our problem, no excuses, just fast resolution. Great service staff. Perfect!"

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"The repair man was a Burmese guy, Joe, and he did an outstanding job changing the anode bar and removing the sediment from my water heater. This should extend the life of the tank. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and finished promptly. He worked hard and had the necessary supplies and tools. He knew what he was doing. I would glad to use Joe again in the future!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

"They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
