Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. Joe stayed on top of things every day and communicated daily about progress and what each step would be. Sam and Leonia are outstanding young men. Their skills, work ethic and great attitudes made it a pleasure to have them in our home every day for the weeks of the remodel. <br /> <br />From demo which included tearing a bathroom out to the studs, taking down all the walls in our bedroom and all the other smaller demolition to putting everything back together, everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. <br />Any hiccups were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. <br />Our house is beautiful and the quality of the work is exceptional. <br /> <br />I would and have recommended CSI to anyone considering remodeling! <br /> <br />Their estimate was the highest of three we got, however it was not an estimate like the others, but the cost of the project as completed. We requested a few things that added to the cost of the project as it progressed and they sit down with us when we are satisfied with everything once the remodel is complete and go over the final overages and credits for things we provided, and we have 30 days to pay that. I will say they have been fair and honest in all their dealings with us and Joe's employees speak highly of his fairness and good treatment of them. "When the deck was originally built, they didn't put the concrete on the ground in the bottom; so the wood was in the contact with the soil.  The home inspector said the deck needed to have a concrete mold in the bottom and put the wood back in the bottom; so the wood is against the concrete, not the soil.  They did an okay job.  We asked them to give an estimate for the second project and they did not give the quote.  We think it was not their specialty and we wanted a home improvement work.  The guy recommended us to do a certain thing and it was not we ended up doing because we got three different estimates/ recommendation from people.  It was outrageous what he was going to charge to do it.  His prices were a little high.  He came quickly on the time schedule.  He got it done very quickly.  It was all happening in the middle of snow.   We had another contractor telling that their price was higher, but we didn't have the time to wait for the repair.  We didn't know how it would hold up; but what needed to be done, they did what needed to be done.  They were pretty responsive.  They sent the email back and forth when we had any question.  We had schedule a time for him to come the first day for the quote and we thought we were doing at 11.  We called him at 11:30 or 12 and he didn't realize that he told us a time.  He ended up coming at 1, so there was a little bit of miscommunication in there.  He was on time when he came to do the actual work."
