"Prompt Professional Precise!!! My sump pump stopped during a flash flood storm and my basement was taking on water like the Titanic. Michigan Fire Restoration came and explained what needed to be done. True to their word they came promptly and began moving furniture to remove the carpet padding and water. It was a horrible ordeal but I am grateful for Michigan Fire Restoration for a job well done. Thank you Michael and your team."

"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just water damage recovery. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"My husky broke a basement window and I was in a pinch, cold air pouring in basement and no time to fix it, they came out same day, on late Friday afternoon and got me sealed up before 6 pm, fast professional service and they actually care about people's needs."

"They were amazing! They were super time efficient, worked around the other projects going on, they went above and beyond. They made time to fix other issues that were found throughout the process and they solved the issues that caused the mold instead of just giving us a quick fix. The prices are beyond reasonable for what you get and the communication is great, thereâ s never a time you canâ t get ahold of Ryan with changes or concerns. We even had to add on a whole other project once the drywall was removed from the ceiling to have the attic done and they got 2000 sqft of work done within a week when they only expected a 1000 sqft job. If you want someone whose honest and wonâ t give you the run around, who shows up when expected and will always tell you the truth about the issue, this is the company you want!"

"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have."

"Yall was so professional! I love your efforts and customer service"

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"Chris is a hard worker and has varied skills in both indoor and outdoor services. He removed cabinets and an island and then drywalled the area. Once the work was completed, I asked him to assemble a closet kit and fix broken doors. He did an excellent job, and I will be hiring him again to fix my deck."
