"MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISH REVIEW 3/2/2025 I recently had wall tiles installed in my tub/shower surround and was shocked at how bad my old bathtub looked against the new tiles. My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! I would recommend Miracle Method Surface Refinish. They were easy to work with and provided a professional refinish. I was, however, surprised at how costly this was. Linda Whitacre"

"Fantastic job We had 2 bathrooms remodeled replacing a bathtub in one bathroom remodel replacing it with a new shower and plumbing fixtures and a 2nd bathroom shower door replaced along with new flooring installed Customer service was great from beginning to end along with friendly and excellent installers. Mike Grafton and his son were very personable as well as their installation crew. If you need your bathroom upgraded ( either partial remodel or a full replacement / upgrade) I highly recommend this company who also had a reasonable price, one more thing in this new pandemic world many companies canâ t deliver until > 6-8 months or more , easy bath delivered in a little over one month from original service quote to final installation. Also no payment was required until after job completion. You canâ t beat that."

"The existing tub and surround was the white elephant in my home when I moved in nearly 6 yrs ago. It went all the way to the ceiling, was boring white and, covered the glass block window which was visible from outside, only. The project was to pull all of that out, leave the window exposed, and put in a beautiful surround and walk-in shower. All in all, I love my shower. I don't miss the tub, and I like the finish I chose. The installer had to deal with that glass block window that was hidden behind the previous surround, I wanted it left exposed. He did a great job finishing around that window. He also found that the pipe to the hot water was crimped to nearly flat, and twisted. My house is 59 years old, that was the original pipe installed that way. He replaced that piece of pipe and now I have great water pressure and a better flow of hot water. I had 2 safety bars installed, I really like them, especially the vertical bar that I can use to get in and out. I am a 69 yr old who lives alone. I plan on aging in place, this shower will help me do that. I no longer have to worry about stepping in and out of the old tub with achy knees. I am very, very pleased with my new shower."

"An item chipped our Rohl fireclay (porcelain) kitchen sink and I was so worried - replacement of an undermount sink sandwiched between a cabinet and a stone countertop was not an option, and the sink itself was not inexpensive. Ferguson Plumbing recommended Porcelain Professionals. I called the company and Diane gave me a quote over the phone of $150 which, given her travel time to my home in Dublin from Gahanna, seemed more than reasonable. She came out and was wonderful with our crazy dog (bonus points!) and worked efficiently and neatly. The sink now looks wonderful, and it must have been very difficult on the rounded edge where the chip was located. If I inspect it very, very closely, it has a slightly different texture than the rest of the sink, but Diane tells me that it should smooth out over time. Even if it doesn't, I am extremely pleased, as it looks a million times better than the alternative (and she assures me that she will come back out if it needs further attention). I would certainly recommend this company for similar work, and would call Diane again (though I hope I don't have to!)."
