"Do not use Operation Restoration. I was quoted 5?7 days but billed for 11, despite equipment being on site only 7 days. They added surprise fees, damaged my floors, broke my fan, and wrote on my walls with Sharpie in undamaged areas. They refused responsibility. Overpriced, careless, and unprofessional."
