They handled our non-emergency work during regular business hours to save us money. The staff over the phone, as well as the technician who came to hour house were all very professional, knowledgible and on-time as promised. Their prices for services were reasonable. Overall we had an exceptional experience with JN electrical temperature control, and will continue to the use them for our servicing requirements. I highly recommend this organization!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The company arrived on time with a call prior to their arrival.  The work was explained to me.  While talking about the service they mentioned that they would provide the service for one system and not the whole house (which the discount stated)  We worked out a deal that both sides agreed too.  The work that was performed was very good and thorough.  One thing to watch out for, is to verify what a whole consists of.  One or Two unit systems.
