"Jason and Dillon responded to my request very quickly. After figuring out that my AC unit was not worth repairing, we decided to put in a new one. They were able to get it done that same day, which was a huge relief. Both guys were great to work with, very respectful and responsive. Would highly recommend."

"very professional service and completed in a timely manner"

"We were notified by text and e mail of our appointment, who was coming over. The unit was inspected and was given the option to repair or replace. We elected repair, the tech arrived on time, very pleasant to talk with, and the work was completed in a couple of hours. We will recommend Comfort by Design to all our friends and neighbors."

"They showed up on time. They were pretty quick and I felt like they were honest with their pricing. Their service tech was very nice."

"if you need a new air conditioning or heater, I would call National fixit"

"The customer service and repair was great."

"Sean arrived on time and professionally checked my heating and air conditioning system while conducting training for one of his employees. An electrical lead broke off the a/c capacitor during the service and they replaced it at no cost. Very good job."

"I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
