"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
