I was advised about my options, picked one and arranged a date for installation. The crew arrived on time and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. A careful inspection revealed a corroded pipe which was replaced. I was kept informed of what was being done and why, and cannot speak highly enough of Shawn and his co-worker. "It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

"I had Peterson Plumbing perform some work on my Mom's house.  It went so well that when I wanted to do some work for me on my own house.  He showed up on time and got right to work.  He replaced all of the valved, which were over 40 years old and stuck open, installed the new faucet and replaced the drained, which was cheesy and installed by the previous owner.  He also replaced the saddled tap for the ice maker with a real tap and shutoff.  The work was neat and clean, and he cleaned up before he left. 
I am very happy with the work Jake did and I would not hesitate to use him again.
Now I do want to point out that Peterson is very busy and sometimes gets backed up.  If you do not hear from him right away, just be patient.  He's never forgotten about me and has always returned my calls."

"Chimney Chap did an excellent job replacing the termination cap on my Vermont Castings gas stove at a reasonable cost. The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. I will surely contact Chimney Chap, Inc. in the future if I experience any problems with my gas stove."

"There team did an amazing job, moving the dryer out, replacing tubes as needed, and going into attic, and outside to clean the vents, as well as thoroughly cleaning the inside of the dryer. Moved everything back perfectly, and left the place spotless. Dryer functioned 100x better."

"I'm so thankful that I called Sam at Dudley Services. I was in the early stages of gut-renovating my kitchen and about to tear up a very old linoleum floor. But I had heard that some old linoleum floorings from the 60s had asbestos in them, and I assumed my floor was from that era -- based on its color and hideousness. I called one abatement remover and he took a look and said yes, it looked like asbestos and it would cost about $1500 or so to tear up. UGH. I called Dudley and Sam took a look at said he thought the floor was too old and predated asbestos. He cut a few samples from a discreet area and had them tested by a lab. The results came back free and clear of asbestos. Sam charged me only for the lab tests, which altogether were around $50 or so. I saved so much money!!!"
