They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. "Our very old heating system & hot water heater started leaking carbon monoxide and we had to get it replaced just recently. The old system was a water heater which also was used to heat the house. After getting several quotes, I chose Sensible Heating and Cooling, not because it was the best price, but because I really felt that Phil, who did the estimate, really took his time in looking over our home to decide what we needed, and to get us the best system for the money. We ended up scrapping the old system, and getting a new high efficiency furnace and hot water heater. Phil sent over a crew soon after we got the estimate, on a Friday morning. He said it would probably take 2 days, which would have left us a weekend without heat or hot water. However, the guys who came, Aaron Dagnar and Walter, worked quickly and so efficiently throughout the day that we had both heat and hot water before 5:30.
