"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"We have been having challenges on one of our Freezer units. Jeff from MM provided a lot of useful information on the phone even prior to coming on site to help understand our options. The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. We have many compressors on our property will definitely use MM to service and maintain all of them going forward."

"My central A/C was not working. Service person from Farenheit came on the same day! He was very respectful and thorough. He walked me through his process and explained everything along the way. Discovered and quickly resolved my issue and was on his way. I was extremely satisfied. Do not hesitate to work with this company."

"From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. "Horizon repair man was quick, friendly, and explained the process to me. He was able to resolve my plumbing problem. However, the charge was more than the HomeAdvisor rate suggestion. Even after they dropped the service fee the cost was more than the rate posted on Home Advisor."

"George was awesome - our air conditioner stopped working at noon and he was here by 2pm and got us back up and running by 3pm. Showed me it was just the capacitor and also alerted me to a potential other issue down the road and gave me a quote on it just in case. Pricing was reasonable and I'm gonna use him for service on my unit and furnace as well here on out. I couldn't be happier or recommend him more."

"I give Matt 5/5 stars easily. Hired him to service my gutters. Showed up early, discussed the plan with me, and did quick work. Overall great job and highly recommend. Will hire him for next service."
