Throughout this entire project, Sam was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us. When we called them, Sam immediately showed up to our house and assessed the damage. After retaining their services, they immediately began water mitigation and restoration solutions. Sam also helped us navigate the home claim process. After our insurance gave us incorrect information about sending payments, it was Sam’s intervention that ultimately resulted in the insurance company paying the claim. Additionally, Sam’s entire team was extremely efficient and professional. Due to the widespread damage caused by the water we had to have dry wall cut and replaced, flooring replaced, doors/trim and baseboards replaced and all the affected areas had to be re-painted. "Incredibly professional and outstanding attention to detail.  Very quick response (within an hour of calling).  Jordan and crew of 3 immediately began clean up of collapsed ceilings and extensive water damage caused by roof failure from recent hailstorm.  Kitchen, Dining Room, Bar, Family Room, Office, Laundry Room, Master Bath and garage ceilings had serious water damage causing collapse of ceiling with wet insulation and interior flooding.  They quickly removed damaged drywall and insulation, baseboards and carpet padding.  They sprayed anti-microbial solution to prevent mold and set up drying equipment.  20 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers were set up quickly to begin drying and prevent further damage.  They subcontracted an insulation firm (Key Insulation Co.) to remove wet insulation from attic to aid in drying and prevent mold and wood rot.  The entire crew were true professionals and displayed a caring attention to detail and concern for our living conditions and welfare.  They returned daily to ensure drying process and assess further needs.  They continually checked humidity levels and extent of water penetration to ceilings and walls.  I could not be more impressed with their service and highly recommend First Call."

They were immediate in resolving my water damage and worked well with my insurance. Not only this it's rare to find such an outstanding businessman whose employees all love their boss. "The reroute went great. The price was outrageous. $4,100.00 plus another $325.00 to locate leak, however my other plumber had already located and capped off. He backed off the job because it was too big for him. Had a second slab leak in another part of the house at same time. The plumbers I hired rerouted that one for $1,400.00. Huge difference. I told Charlie when I fired them that is was an excessive charge. Insurance doesn't help with that part of the problem. It only pays for the damage the problem made. Sure would be nice if we could recover some of that cost because deductible is $5,000 plus plumbing."
