Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. "They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed.
