"I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. They went to the front of our house to look at the drainage system as well as the drainage in the basement. <br />    They were polite and answered all my questions.
