"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"This company was excellent from responding to the service call and getting someone out quickly to diagnose the problem and then getting the water heater brought in and installed, all within a few hours. The price was a bit high and if I had more time I might have gone with another company but I can't fault the service."

   They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them.
  We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers.
