Ken did a very efficient job in disconnecting the faucet lines, garbage disposal, and drain pipes. What was truly phenomenal was the quickness of response when a water pipe was broken, not once, but on two different occasions during the installation of the new cabinets. Ken was there to fix the problem in a very short period of time. The reconnection of water line, disposal, and drain pipes was flawless. All of this at a very reasonable price. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
