"We recently bought a house and have hired a few companies to work on different projects. What we learned from the process is good handyman is hard to come by. That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

"I noticed back in July that walls in my den were 'splitting'. upon further inspection, 2 walls were vertical random width/length 3/4' flooring planks & the remaining walls paneling. The adjacent bath was shower board which was also splitting. Mike came out the 1st week of August for a job estimate & his crew started job 10 days later. Job was done on time according to contract. His crew was punctual, clean, & very professional. They were also good about cleaning up daily after work. During this job, another problem involving the foundation was found. A previous shower pan leak had caused wood rot with the foundation & had been 'fixed' with 2x4s and 4x4s that were in contact with the crawl space. Mike had a foundation specialist come in and attach steel beams, remove rotten wood, & fix the problem correctly. Highly recommend!"

"We had our roof and gutters replaced by USA Roofing. Overall we are pleased with the quality of roof provided by their team. I will say there was challenges along the way but at the end of the day they made them right. Pros of the job Quality of information up front and materials used was better than average. They weren't pushy like several of the other contractors I met with prior to selecting USA Roofing. They also worked closely with me during the insurance claim process and made things very smooth on that end. Finally, once they got started, they quickly completed the job and left little to no evidence they were there once they cleaned up the work site. Cons Unfortunately they started the job on an afternoon when it rained heavily into the night which caused some water leaks overnight but they were quick to come out first thing the next day to get things dried up and secure. The crew also dropped a hammer through our dining room ceiling during the job but they quickly took ownership of the issue and made the repairs accordingly. Communication at times with the scheduling and completion of the work could have been better is the only other criticism I would have for their mgmt team. I chalk this up to how busy they were at this time as hundreds of homes in the Birmingham area we damaged during this massive hail storm and they had a lot of jobs in flight at the same time."

"The installation team(owner and one employee) knew one another and has installed the same windows over and over again so everything was installed perfectly. They placed drop clothes in the areas they worked on and cleaned up with a shop vac and nothing was damaged. Meadow Exteriors is a small company but in my opinion their aim is to be the best not the biggest company. I am very pleased with their results. I paid half down when I signed the contract ($7500) and it took about a month before my windows were ready. I highly recommend this company.
