"I would recommend them highly. Thoroughly professional from the quote to the completion. Even told me I didn't have to get a system replacement (I insisted)! Their price beat the other quotes by a substantial amount. Would recommend them to anyone. Also heard good things about Liberty from the after installation inspector."

"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"EXCELLENT! A+ and extremely pleased: quality work, great knowledge and communication/questions answered, fair price, extremely prompt service, very professional and polite, from beginning to end. The office staff and plumbers-all employees we dealt-with were exceptional. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable, conscientious, on time, could not be happier. If any tiny detail came to my attention as not spot-on perfect, they accommodated with a can-do, super positive attitude, until done to highest standards. Even very neat and clean. Cannot say enough as to what a stress-free, easy experience this was. Problem solved, mind at ease. Will use as our only plumbers, should we ever need more work in the future."

"Very professional company. I will continue to use them for service. The install caused ceiling damage but they repaired to my satisfaction."

"This was the first time I requested HAVC service from Magnolia Heating and Cooling. I definitely will contact them again. The employees Kirk and John arrived on time. They listened to my concerns, explained what they were going to do, and they were respectful, and integral. Based on my experience, I believe Magnolia Heating and Cooling is a reliable company. "Southland gave us the best quotes for our Heat/AC unit replace. They also told us about rebates from Los Angeles (other businesses we contacted did not mention this). Their crew were professional and worked hard. We especially appreciate the care of Nick and Elbert from Southland. The unit went up in a day and looks great (and works very well, too). We are grateful to Southland for the good experience and excellent customer service. Thank you!"

"Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"RKM has provided excellent service and advice. There recommendations on equipment has provided us with a cool home through this record setting summer heat AND we have experienced a 50% reduction in our monthly energy expenses as a result of the new much more efficient HVAC system."

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."
