"JJ provided a detailed description of work needed to remove and replace my 20 yr old rusted cooler, complete with photos and an itemized list of labor and parts. Gerrod and James arrived within the time parameter, introduced themselves and got to work. They did need to go get a larger unit and within 4 hours my new cooler was up and cooling my house. What I paid was exactly what was estimated. I received photos of every step of the installation."

"Greg did a wonderful job with replacing our water heater and now works well and looks good. He was able to come in the next day after getting a quote from him. It did take him a whole day just because he didn’t have his helper. Otherwise, good service!"

"First, I am not a friend, employee or relative. this is the third time I have used their services. The first was to repair an air conditioner. Excellent price and workmanship. The second was to install a water softener system Again, good price and work. The third time was as a second opinion on a serious water leak not related to the softener installation. The first company stated an entire replumb necessary. Ortega diagnosed and repaired in 5 hours for a very low price. They are prompt, reliable, very reasonable cost, take pride in their work and will not leave until the job is finished and well done. They even clean up after the job! Needless to say, I will not use any other company."

"Jason and Devin are an awesome father son team. They were referred to me when we needed to cap our propane lines to convert our gas fireplace to pellet. We found more work for them when we had heaters installed in our garage and we needed to extend and connect the LP lines. These guys were organized, professional and kept my project clean. I would highly recommend Hands On Construction to everyone for any plumbing job big or small."

"NCB had a very professional, kind, and knowledgeable team. They were able to help us very quickly after contacting them about our water heater. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the services offered by NCB mechanical!"

"Pete,Joe and Issac were the best. The repair to my water line went quickly and efficiently. This was not an easy job and was handled fantastic by all three. Office staff was great and a pleasure to work with coordinating this job. Thanks to all at Albuquerque plumbing. You guy's are the best S. Johnson"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Costumer service was fantastic! The crew was fantastic! The job (installing an evaporative cooler) was perfectly done! We will hire them again for any future needs!"

"Brad is an amazing plumber. Answers his calls promptly, courteous, hard working and finishes quickly. He fixed a well pump , installed outside faucets and installed an automatic horse waterer for us. He is very reasonable, and explained all costs ahead of time."
