They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! He came out and cleared our drains perfectly and even took high def pictures so we could see there was NO roots coming through! We really can't say enough about VIP Plumbing and they left NO mess! Fifty years of soot in our furnace was UGLY! We now have on demand hot water (no running out) and the whole house is warm again! They are pet friendly as well! We highly recommend their services!"

One thermostat needed replaced in addition which I did while he was putting the new control panel in. Yep, just see how many contractors would work with you to save costs by you working with them. He also provided the contact info for the other original subs on the house which is awesome info. The parts costs were very reasonable. They could have been easily inflated to double the material line item amount as control panels are typically very expensive components to any specialized system. To address the D rating review. You should have told him this was an insurance claim in the first place. Good luck getting folks to give you itemized materials list. Would you expect a carpenter to give you a materials list on every size board, nail and screw. Your expectations were unrealistic. After all this was supposedly an insurance claim. They are the ones to take it up with unless you were trying to pocket the difference. We are planning to construct another building on the property and will be strongly supporting Davitt as the sub for plumbing and heating."
