Small jobs welcome

"Priority is excellent in all respects. We have had plumbing and remodeling done for years at multiple houses and these guys are the best. Always helpful, flexible, explain details, knowledgeable no matter what size job. You can get other estimates but value and reliability is the bottom line"

"I recently hired Elkhorn Plumbing to handle a drain cleaning job at a building I own, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. The owner was friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything and ensure the work was done right. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. If you’re looking for reliable, honest plumbing work, I highly recommend Elkhorn Plumbing!"

"Tim from Spring Well Plumbing installed two faucets in the kitchen and bathroom and had to replace two shutoff valves which no longer worked. He did a great job in less than 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and I would hire him again in a minute."

"We called them in to repair a leak, but after they looked things over, we decided to do a complete re-pipe of the MFG home, because it had quite a variety of piping, several of which are now illegal to use. It took a day longer than planned to finish, but once done, it is so nice! We now get water to the far end of the house much quicker than we did before, and know that there is very long guarantee on the piping they used. There shouldn't be a leak well past our lifetimes! The workers were very professional and pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with their work.."

"They arrived on time and there were (originally) three men on the team. They asked some questions and then set right to work. The team was professional, friendly and hard-working. They answered any questions I had, and included me in some of the decisions they were making. It took several hours to complete. Everything worked well. The next day I noticed that the duct work on the furnace had developed a small leak. They came back and repaired it immediately. Within less than a week, my air conditioner wasn't working. It was after 5:00 on Friday. I called and got an immediate response. Someone was sent on Sunday to fix it. A small part had failed and since he didn't have it with him, he somehow repaired it so the air conditioner worked. He came the next day with a new part. Someone from the county came to inspect the work that had been done. The water heater lacked a pipe for drainage, and I was told the county would inform Aire Serv. That was not done. I called Aire Serv and they said they would get in touch with the county; everything is working well, and the pipe placement will be done soon. I have now met 5 of the team that works for Aire Serv, and spoken with 3 more on the phone. This team is professional and responsive. They work hard to make sure that the job is done well, and that I am happy with the work."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Corvallis, OR

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
