"I had a 40 gallon water heater burst and reached out to multiple plumbing companies. John was the first to contact me and understood the urgency of the situation. He was extremely professional, explained the "who, what, why" of everything that could, should, and would be done and provided all possible options for replacement with 4 different quotes. I hired him and he singlehandedly replaced and upgraded my water heater with zero issues. Keep in mind this all took place in a 24 hour window. I WILL be using J&K again for ALL of my plumbing needs. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH."
