"The service technician was totally professional. He was on time and he called ahead of time to provide an estimated time of arrival. I was especially pleased that he wore protective gear to ensure that guidelines for Covid 19 were followed. This company was a third opinion for my repair. "Our home AC unit was broken down and needed a replacement ASAP. Trend Mechanics was called and they came the next day to access the problem. The main coils were leaking and they couldn't be fixed. Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks."
