"Go somewhere else is all I have to say. We decided on Acadian windows as their sales team was the most knowledgeable of any group we quoted, unfortunately their installation team is not. They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows."

"The job went very well. Leo arrived on time and started washing the entire two story bay window frame. He even cleaned the bricks below the window frame. Once done, Leo corked all around the window frame and applied two coats of paint and was careful of not putting paint on the surrounding bricks and window frame.
