"I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come that same day. They promptly fixed the problem. They also happily returned the following day during a specific time window to accommodate my schedule to address an additional concern I had. I have been very happy with their prompt and good service."

"When Dean came out, he was professional & did a thorough inspection, he found several problems that other techs in past wouldn’t take the time to document or missed due to inexperience. He supported his claims with photo/ video evidence which really helped my situation tremendously."

"They were excellent!! I had a complete replacement of the ac unit. He also replaced the pad, sleeve, and other items worn out. They think of everything, clean up his mess, and even hauled off the old holster heater sitting in the yard. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Price was great, too!! I couldn't have asked for better service."

"Service technician was prompt and courteous and fixes the unit in less than 30 minutes. He also explained how I could fix it in the future."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service was OUTSTANDING!!, Parker Services is the real deal. My AC Unit had a shorted capacitor and I called all over area trying to find someone so I could schedule an appointment with but everyone was either booked for the month or overpriced. Then I came across Parker Services the only thing I regret was not giving them a call first. They did an Excellent!!! Job and were FAST! and Efficient. For now on I will be calling them for my AC Unit repair needs and I were you you should too. 5/5 will hire next time."

"I called to get a quote on a furnace replacement on a 40 year old furnace. Jarred came out and looked it over and talked to me about my financial situation and went above and beyond to help me out. He even had a technician come out to see if it could just be repaired to save me some money. It could have been repaired for less, but because of the age of the old unit and their great customer service, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit. Not only was the experience great, they also cost less than the other businesses that I called. I would highly recommend using A Best!"

"My air conditioner unit is in the attic and normally when it is service the technician works on the unit in the attic, this technician worked on the outside unit which was unusual. However, he was able to get the air conditioner working properly."

"Raam and his crew did an excellent job of planning and building 2 rooms, closets and a full bath upstairs in my unfinished attic. The crew was very informative whe I needed to ask questions. I would definately recommend this company if you need a build or remodel"
