"I first reached out to Bob for a quote for a full roof replacement. After exploring options I decided to instead go with a solar installer, but they told me they don't do masonry work. I reached back out to Bob with an incredibly reduced scope of work which only included removing the peak of a chimney and replacing the house's soffit to add ventilation. He was still willing to work with me and treated me with respect throughout the process. Price felt a little high but it was expected since this was entirely ladder/steep roof work. I'm assuming bricks were tossed off the side of the house which explains how the chimney portion was done in less than a day, clean up was very satisfactory. When I asked about further soffit details, Bob thoroughly explained the work involved, how the new soffit would look and be installed, and brought a sample booklet so I could see the color options. Very happy with the resulting work, only ask would have been even more intake holes."

"Let me start out by saying we could not be happier or more satisfied with the job that Jason and his crew did for us. We had wanted to have our home sided for some time now, but estimates we had in the past were too expensive. Jason gave us an extremely fair estimate and did an incredible job. He was so easy to communicate with - he made himself available right from the first day we signed the contract, in case we had any questions or concerns. His crew showed up on time (or before!) every day. They were very hardworking, pleasant and friendly. And the work they did was A+. Great attention to detail and even showed up on a Saturday to complete some work the weather interrupted the day before. And throughout it all, they kept the area neat and clean. "We came home from vacation to very stormy weather.  We found that our garage wall and top corner of the ceiling where the garage meets the house was WET.  We looked for someone on Angie's List to provide us with an estimate on repairing whatever damage might be up there causing this problem.  Due to three top-notch reviews, we called T&T Construction on a Friday.  David Turner (owner) answered my call and we agreed that he would come out at 10:00 Monday morning to take a look at the roof/siding.  Mr. Turner was punctual and got straight to business taking apart our siding trying to figure out what was causing our problem.  He told me that if for some reason he couldn't find the problem, that he would put everything back the way it was before proceeding.  We did, in fact, have what appeared to be hail damage to our siding and roofing. Mr. Turner gave us several options for how he could proceed with the work and an estimate.  We agreed on the estimate and, much to my surprise, Mr. Turner said he and the one man crew he had with him could get the house repaired by that evening.  My husband inspected the roof and siding upon completion and was satisfied that they had done exactly what they had indicated in their estimate.  Mr. Turner worked neatly during the job and cleaned up his equipment and other scraps VERY well after the job was done.  At the end of his work, he even offered to clean fingerprints left on the new siding during installation.  Upon request, he also attempted to fix a siding problem in the back of our home after the roofing job was completed, but not having any additional siding material, he was unable to correct the problem.  He DID put everything back in place as it was. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic and would be happy to recommend him and use his services again in the future.
