"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The service turned out well. It took a while to complete. We had a leak in the sunroom and they came out quickly whenever I called them. However, it took a while to pinpoint where exactly it was leaking. They were out here a few months back and did some more extensive repair and were able to fix the leak this time. But they always responded and took care of the issue. I would recommend them."
