"Our Service Tech, Alex Peck, arrived on time to perform the annual check up & tune-up of our HVAC System. He was very professional and following the Tune-Up asked if there was any other items that needed done or looked into that he could take care of. His services were very much appreciated and very professional. Lee"

"We were super-pleased with ABC. Our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working last night. We called ABC just before 8pm and were able to schedule a service call for this morning. The tech (Bill Sweeney) came out this morning, diagnosed the issue and made the repair - all before 11am. Many thanks to ABC and Bill! We will definitely be repeat customers should we run into any issues in the future!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"On the weekend I called a few AC places recommended by Angie's List and HomeAdvisor, BAZ Service was the ONLY picked up the phone and made a suggestion to meet to repair the AC in an hour. Edmon and his assistance came and refilled the r22 Freon when it was emptied within 30 minutes. I checked the thermostat before, while and after Freon refilling, the temperature has dropped and the AC is cool again! Within an hour and serving on the phone and in person, I would strongly recommend BAZ Service per your AC repair needs. Thank you very much BAZ Service and Edmon, the AC is working and cooling the entire house again! :)"

"Excellent service. Very easy to book appointment. Very friendly. Highly recommended."

"Went very well. Showed up when promised and completed as promised. I would hire Utor Services again. Ron Livermore."

"Steve and his brother, Mike, did the whole job in one day. They are very professional in the way they go about their work and provide excellent service for a reasonable price. We recommend them wholeheartedly! Gerald G."

"The man arrived on time.  Mild argument about parking permit (we live in permit pkg neighborhood).  Although I didn't specifically request it, he didn't inform me about how much repairs would cost.  He expertly fixed our furnace and relit pilot light.  He explained about the machinery.
I had bought an online coupon through AL, and provider office knew that.   Unfortunately, he didn't know about it, but he graciously applied it.  Had I forgotten about it, I would have been charged more.
