"The work is impeccable! I had my basement waterproofed about 6 months ago. We had one of the rainiest seasons I have ever seen in my 20 years living in Indiana. I have not had a DROP of water enter my basement, even on the heaviest rains since we had Advanced do our basement waterproofing. Marty is very knowledgeable. The quote given was the price we paid! The crew did an excellent job and left our basement better than they found it. It took a couple of days, but the work was done right and the workers were professional. "Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise.
