"They said that the drain was clear and there was nothing they could see. They said they'd only be able to fix a problem they could see. They were unable to fix the problem and really didn't do any plumbing work. We were charged the service fee for them to come out. They did say if the problem returned they could come back out and waive the service fee."

"Came out and gave a detailed inspection of chimney.  Was very happy with the inspection and provided a number of pictures.  Gave multiple options to repair all issues with all three fireplaces that went out of same chimney.  Will probably have to want to effect repairs due to cost but will have to fix in order to get fireplaces up and operational again"
