"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

The check was paid, and the work was not properly installed according to code and the inspections, which were numerous. Wires were not correct, and service was disconnected over three weeks and now service has remained cut off at present. The tenant has been without his home for over three weeks going on four weeks due to the service the electrician has demonstrated. Now I as forced to hire another electrician and pay as if this is a new project. The job has now been turned over to a new electrician with more experience. I wish the turnout could have been better with the electrician and his assistant but presently his job has ended."
