"Mike was on time and began work immediately.  He was very punctual when it came to calling inspectors throughout the project and we never had an incident with regard to any of the inspections necessary. <br /> <br /> Mike designed and installed two separate, but connected cabana areas (one of which is attached to our house in the yard).  The other cabana area, which houses an in-ground hot tub,  is attached to the initial larger cabana.  Mike uses the best material possible that he hand-picks himself which is extremely important to achieve the highest quality workmanship.  He installed the roof for the cabanas which he matched perfectly with our existing house and all the gutters and soffits that also match perfectly with our existing house.  He gave us many options to choose from with regard to cosmetic additions to our cabanas including designer pole covers with crown.   <br /> <br /> Mike is extremely confident in the work he provides and will be honest with you if he feels something will or will not work.   <br /> <br /> It has been 4 years since we had the cabana installed and are still extremely happy and confident in the structures.  Both cabanas could withstand a Florida hurricane and that's no exaggeration.  We are so confident in Mike's workmanship, we had him install a beautiful pergola in our yard over the bar by our pool.   <br /> <br /> We have had many compliments from family, friends and neighbors with regard to the cabanas and pergola and could not be more happy with the work Mike has performed.   <br /> <br /> To all of you looking to find an honest, hard-working contractor, Mike's your guy. <br />"

"Very good experience. We've used them several times. We used them a year ago to put in the fireplace grate and to change our fireplace to a gas fireplace and actually put the gas lines in. They're a really terrific place. They've been in business for about 40 years.  <br /> <br /> We went two other places and then we went to them. They had everything on display that we wanted to see, which we ultimately purchased the style they had on display. They came out and did an estimate to evaluate what they could actually put in the gas line. They measured everything. And then it took 2-4 weeks and then they came out and did the job. The installers are excellent. They know the product. They are very neat and conscientious. They are very good about explaining what the product is and how to use it. We've used them for a very long time. They are excellent. The price is pretty standard stuff. They are right on the ballpark. The quality of the product and the quality of the service is excellent. They call ahead and they're right there on-time. And if there's any issue where the guys tied up or they're going to be late, they call and let us know.  <br /> <br /> The salesmen are very professional. The installers have been with them 20-30 years. They really know how to deal with people. They know the products and how to install them. They're really very good. We've had lots of house stuff done over the years. They're really the best. I'd absolutely use them again."

"Although crew generally tried to clean up on a daily basis, there were some cleanliness issues, namely, inadequate protection from concrete dust (e.g. no plastic sheeting to protect stored possessions) and carpenters wearing same muddy footwear as had been worn working outside on decks at other jobs.   Duration of job was much longer than expected due to crew working on other, outdoor, jobs intermittently. On the positive side, several additional services involving electric and carpentry were performed as requested after work began."

"The entire process was conducted in a friendly and professional manner from our first visit with Sara at the design center through final inspection. The design center has plenty of life size material samples which gave us a real feel of what to expect. We liked the way we were asked about our expectations and to set a budget, as well as a wish list. They designed to the budget, which impressed us, along with a wish list. When we reviewed the plans with Sara, she nailed it, the plan was within budget and we were so impressed we decided to incorporate a few of the additional wish list details. The estimated start date was bested by a few weeks which was a welcomed surprise and the crew were prompt, friendly and professional in their approach. Archadeck provided daily e-mails with updates and we always felt as though we were being well taken care of. The quality of product and workmanship are impressive as we have had many compliments by anyone that has experienced it. The deck is elevated leading down to the patio, and I joke with people that if the house blew away the deck would still be standing. Solid build. The patio pavers have a tumbled look and make it appear as though it has been there for years, in a very comfortable and pleasing way. No surprises, quality product with prompt and professional workmanship made this project a pleasant experience. And one last thing, it was right on budget."

"It went very well. They brought in crews to move and spread topsoil, fill in trenches and reseed where needed. When some areas needed more seed a few weeks later, they came out again. I thought their price was extremely reasonable as they were 1/4th the cost of one of the bids we received. I would consider them again."
