The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("
