"We are very pleased with David's work. He contacted us promptly and showed up with his helper exactly when he said he would. He gave us a few pattern options and after we decided what we wanted, they started work. They got about half done the first day and finished up the second day, coming back to acid wash the brick a couple of days later due to inclement weather. We actually had two different kinds of brick - similar but not identical - and the guys were able to combine the two so that the end result is cohesive and pleasing. "They seemed knowledgeable about what the problem however we have had a few problems.  First, they were not here but about 30 minutes.  As soon as they left, the black paint started to chip off the seal and expose the white of the fireplace wall.  I had to call them to come back out and fix it.  They did come back out promptly the next day and did a little better job sealing everything.  However it has only been a few months and now the side plate of my fireplace has come unsealed.  From what they told me, this will cause heat to get trapped between the walls and make it break again.  
I do think the company itself is a good company, however it seemed the younger gentleman who worked on our particular issue didn't do a thorough job and now we are having issues again."
