He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

They easily fit into a schedule that was best for me when I called and Howie was the plumber that arrived and was so very personable. He came with my new water heater and explained what he needed to do and installed it without any issues. He put tarps on my carpet and stairs and I think he gets credit for leaving my work area cleaner than when he arrived! He took my old heater (which was 35 years old and very heavy I’m sure) with him and the whole installation was a nonevent for me. "I asked for quotes on a small job from five different companies and Randy's was the only one to call me back. We just needed a little work done to update a couple of lines and get them up to code and functional again. The techs also took the time to explain to me what current code is in the industry, which was most welcome. They also noted I had a surge supresor on one panel, but not a sub panel, so we added that in. As an IT guy with a lot of electronics around the house, keeping the numerous devices safe from a power surge is important to me. What the other installers fail to realize is a small job today may lead to bigger jobs down the line. My wife and I plan to rebuild our garage in the next year or two and install a level II charger for an electric vehicle as well as bring the house up to code as we finish remodeling it. The companies that didn't call me back won't even be asked to bid and the work will instead go to Randy's Electric."
