"We had the most remarkable experience with Ross Heating and recommend them highly. We were desperate as our a/c went out on a Friday and got a call back from Dustin who came out the next day. He assessed the problem (bad compressed) and made a “quick fix”, and got the a/c working. Our experience with everyone at Ross has been outstanding, including Damien Ross, who stopped out to provide a quote on a new unit. Upon inspection Damien found that the duct work was not attached to the furnace resulting in our cooling the attic! If you are in need of a reliable a/c company, look no further than Ross Heating. They are locally owned, knowledgeable and simply a joy to work with….from Kimberly, Elissa, Ricky, Dustin and Damian….we can’t thank them enough."

"Fantastic experience. The crew was great and really took care of things. Moved ac from West side of house to East side of house. Also replaced outdated duct junction boxes. When they left it was like they were never here other than I have a great and efficient system now."

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"Sent message 3/5/19 for a quote On 3/6 a plumber came out for an estimate arriving within the first hour of the 4 hour time slot. He found a crack in my faucet’s flexible hose. Given a choice of ordering a replacement part vs a new faucet I decided to go for replacement which he picked up and installed. All work done quickly with no leaks so far"

"Matt did a great job diagnosing my AC problem and fixing the same day! Price was very fair and service was great! Thanks"

"Jeff was very professional and did a great job! His pricing was better than everyone else I talked with. I have already recommended him to family and friends."

"He was very friendly confirming that we needed a new pump for the cooler. Came prepared with all the necessary equipment, quickly installed a new pump and was done."

"I bought the deal for 8 handyman hours for $199. The handyman that Ron sent over, Paul, along with some help from Ron, got a ton of work done for me. I am renovating an entire house and needed help installing some appliances and plumbing. In just over my 8 hours, Paul got my microwave, kitchen sink plumbing, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and two toilets installed, including one with a difficult broken flange. They were very nice and responsive. I am going to have them come back to help me out a new valve in my shower. Thanks so much for your help!!"
