"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin... Alan came and put all my fears to rest. He was completely honest and said he didn't think I really needed to do anything right now. My furnace was clean as a whistle, was running fine, and he didn't see any reason to replace or repair anything. I had the filter in backwards, but ooopppsss... lol.. luckily I had another one, so that was a quick swap all was right in the world again. As a woman, it can feel like I have a great big red bullseye on my forehead when I start talking about home repairs to some of these contracting companies.... Parrish made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything, and treated me with the utmost respect. They're one of the few good guys out there that really just want to do right by their customers and aren't out to nickel and dime anyone or use scare tactics just to get a commission. Our under-sink piping had also failed, so we were extremely happy to not only have a successful snaking of our drain but an excellent repair and correction to our under-sink piping. "The company utilized a "pull-and-replace" technique as follows: 1) excavated the water pipe at the house and at the street; cut the water line at those two places; 2) ran an 80 ft. steel cable from the street to the house; 3) attached a "pyramid-knife" to the steel cable and then attached the copper replacement pipe to the pyramid-knife. 4) tractor-pulled the pyramid-knife and copper tubing through the old poly-tube pipe, cutting it as it went and replacing it with the copper pipe in one continuous operation. 5) all excavations restored to original condition at close of the work. Process was ingenious and saved all of my trees from root damage (and potential dying in a couple of years.) No digging trenches. The technician was completely professional, competent and courteous. He explained each step as it went. He was also clearly proud of his work and finished every step with complete attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. The job took about six hours to complete and went off without a hitch. I am completely satisfied with the work and recommend this company highly ."

"There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work."
